Commiters Software collects account, application, assessment, and interview data to hire, onboard, and teach engineers on Terminal. We do not sell candidate data.

Assessment sessions record integrity events (tab switches, copy/paste, and similar). These stay on the attempt record for recruiters. We do not capture webcam or microphone unless a future product change says so and you consent.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Resumes uploaded to object storage are used only for hiring. Emails (invites, interviews, offers, password resets) go to the address you give us.

To access, correct, or delete your data, email privacy through commiters.com. We retain hiring records as long as needed for the role and applicable law, then delete or anonymize them.
